Germany’s Most Advanced Coating Plant – from 2027 in Feuchtwangen
Right next to our hot-dip galvanizing plant, Germany’s most advanced coating facility is being built. Starting in January 2027, around 400,000 m² of coating capacity per year will be available – for large-scale steel structures such as lattice towers and noise barriers.

Right next to the existing WIEGEL hot-dip galvanizing plant in Feuchtwangen, a unique location advantage is being created: hot-dip galvanizing and coating in one place. For our customers, this means short distances, efficient processes, and the highest level of quality.

High-performance capacity
Around 400,000 m² of coating per year – ideal for large-scale infrastructure components.
Modern coating systems
Reliable protection based on epoxy resin (EP) and polyurethane (PUR) – flexible as 1K or 2K systems.
Innovative plant concept
Fully automated blasting and coating line with sweeping, preheating, coating, and drying – complemented by manual blasting and coating booths and the option of spray galvanizing.
Sustainability & environmental standards
GEG-compliant construction, photovoltaic system, hybrid heating, charging infrastructure for cars and trucks, and the use of water-based wet coating systems for minimal emissions.
