10 (prospective) managers, 5 months, 4 project groups, 14 attendance days, 15 online seminars, 4 excursions, to name just a few facts about our 2024 management training programme.

The 2024 course is now coming to an end with the project presentations and the ceremonial presentation of the certificates. Since the beginning of the year, the ten participants have worked intensively on technical topics ranging from “Shift formation processes in hot-dip galvanising” to “Environmental protection” and interdisciplinary topics such as “Fundamentals of leadership” and “Shaping team development in the plant”.

“Never stop learning”

This was the first time that the WIEGEL Group had organised such a comprehensive training course in a hybrid format. Another new feature was working in small project groups on strategically relevant topics. The course was largely organised by internal experts. A future-proof course format that we are now developing further together with all participants for the next instalment. In the spirit of “never stop learning”.

Things will also continue for our colleagues, who will continue to incorporate the new course knowledge step by step into their day-to-day work at our plants and drive forward the future-orientated positioning of the WIEGEL Group on site.
