WIEGEL bids farewell to Dr Thomas Happle on his well-deserved retirement with many thanks

Nuremberg – After 22 successful years with the WIEGEL Group, we have bid farewell to Dr Thomas Happle on his well-deserved retirement. As Technical Managing Director, he made a significant contribution to the development of numerous WIEGEL plants and was always a reliable and passionate organiser of our corporate development.

We look back with great gratitude on his outstanding achievements, which have had a lasting impact on our company. We will miss his professional expertise, his vision and his commitment. At the same time, we are delighted that he will now have more time for his passion – travelling by motorhome, especially to Norway.

Dr Happle was bid farewell in person by the WIEGEL Group’s Board of Directors, Alexander and Michael Hofmann, the Management Board, Harald Füchtenbusch, Matthias Götz, Julian Hofmann, Jana Lang and Volker Tichy, and in the presence of all the WIEGEL Group’s managers.

We wish Dr Happle all the best for his new chapter in life and are delighted that Matthias Götz has already taken over as Technical Managing Director on 1 January 2024 to lead the company into a successful future. Many thanks, dear Dr Happle, for your tireless commitment, your foresight and your countless valuable contributions to the WIEGEL Group.

f.l.t.r.: Volker Tichy, Matthias Götz, Alexander Hofmann, Harald Füchtenbusch, Dr. Thomas Happle and Michael Hofmann.
