Bayreuth – On the 7th and 8th of June, 2024, the 50th State Metalworking Association Conference took place in the Upper Franconian Richard Wagner city of Bayreuth. Our colleagues Rosina Dünisch, Stefan Hantke and Maximilian Arnold on site were able to make lively contact with long-standing partners and interested new customers at our newly designed WIEGEL trade fair stand.
With over 70 years of expertise in hot-dip galvanizing, powder and wet coating and lattice mast construction, the WIEGEL Group is a much sought-after partner. We are particularly pleased that our customers give us a lot of praise when it comes to quality and appreciate our high level of reliability and uncomplicated solutions. The enormous importance of sustainability was often emphasized in our personal conversations – something that has been a lived practice at WIEGEL for decades.
EMAS-certified
As early as 1989, a central environmental officer and an environmental management system were introduced for all plants. When it comes to environmental standards, we are happy to meet the highest customer demands. Since 2014, we have successfully undergone the world’s most demanding European environmental management system, EMAS. In 2017, Wiegel received awards from the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry for the Environment for its commitment to environmental protection, including for its “enclosed pre-treatment”. We would like to thank you for the great discussions at the 2024 metalworking trade association conference, the positive feedback from all sides and look forward to seeing you again at the Intechnica trade fair, which will take place in Nuremberg from September 11th to 12th, 2024.
