WIEGEL Apprentice Days 2026: Two Days Full of Team Spirit, Fun and New Experiences!
Our traditional WIEGEL Apprentice Days took place again this year – this time at our site in Neuwied. Two exciting and varied days focused on getting to know one another, exchanging ideas and strengthening team spirit.
On the first day, our apprentices took part in a variety of group activities organised by Teamgeist. From exciting quiz competitions and creative building challenges to assembling LEGO cars together, teamwork, skill and communication were essential. The day ended with a group dinner.
On the second day, our apprentices gave their own presentations introducing their respective WIEGEL sites. Afterwards, a guided factory tour provided interesting insights into our plant in Neuwied.
The annual Apprentice Days give our apprentices the opportunity to build connections across different sites, share experiences and strengthen the sense of unity within the WIEGEL Group. After all, alongside professional training, personal interaction also plays an important role.
Two successful days filled with shared experiences, new impressions and valuable connections! Many thanks to everyone involved and to Teamgeist for organising the first day’s activities!
