Review of the 2025 Munich Traffic Noise Protection Days
Munich – From March 13 to 14, 2025, WIEGEL participated as an exhibitor at the Munich Traffic Noise Protection Days. The event provided an excellent opportunity to establish valuable contacts, expand our network, and learn about the latest developments in the industry.
A central topic of the trade fair was the future of noise protection along roads and railways. Particularly interesting were the discussions with companies from the construction and steel industries, including representatives from construction firms such as Bunte, Implenia, and Strabag. In addition, new opportunities for cooperation with various companies were identified.
Another important topic was the development of infrastructure in Germany. The expansion and modernization of roads and railways remain a key focus and offer numerous opportunities for the industry. As part of the DB Supplier Day on March 12, Deutsche Bahn provided information about planned noise protection projects and new approaches to optimizing processes.
The Munich Traffic Noise Protection Days also provided an ideal platform for exchanging ideas with other members of the German Association for Noise Protection along Transport Routes (DVLV). As an active part of this network, it is important for WIEGEL to stay informed about the latest developments in noise protection and to work together on joint solutions.
The event was rounded off by the traditional industry dialogue on Thursday evening at the Augustiner Stammhaus – a valuable opportunity to deepen connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
Participating in the Munich Traffic Noise Protection Days was an enriching experience for WIEGEL. We look forward to putting the insights gained into practice and actively contributing to the further development of noise protection in Germany.
