Apprentice Day 2025 – Two Days Full of Impressions, Insights and Encounters

At this year’s Apprentice Day of the WIEGEL Group, practical experience, exchange and team spirit took centre stage. Over two days, our apprentices gained exciting insights into various company areas and had the opportunity to network across different locations.

The first day led the group to Redekin, where the apprentices visited the WIEGEL Parey plant. On site, they gained interesting insights into lattice mast construction and production processes. In the afternoon, a guided tour through Magdeburg was on the agenda – a fun and team-oriented way to round off the day.

On the second day, the journey continued to Dretzel to TKS, where the apprentices learned more about the field of telecommunications construction. In addition to a plant tour, the exchange among apprentices was a key focus – a valuable opportunity to share experiences and make new contacts.

After two eventful days full of impressions and encounters, the participants returned with new experiences, stronger cohesion and a true WIEGEL team spirit.
