Feuchtwangen – With the new plant in Feuchtwangen, WIEGEL is setting new standards in the field of duplex systems: hot-dip galvanizing and wet coating from a single source at one location. The service portfolio is complemented by thermal spray galvanizing – ideal for large, complex, and pre-assembled components that cannot be processed in conventional galvanizing baths.

The result: increased capacity, modern process structures, and an expanded corrosion protection portfolio for applications in steel construction, infrastructure, energy, industry, bridge construction, noise protection, and shipbuilding. Particularly noteworthy is the ability to coat or spray galvanize individual components up to 20 meters in length. The combination of hot-dip galvanizing and thermal spray galvanizing at one location is unique in Germany in this form.
