WIEGEL Trusetal: Small Parts Galvanizing in the Heart of Germany
WIEGEL Trusetal in Thuringia offers both batch galvanizing of large steel components and small parts galvanizing for small fasteners and series components. This means that two powerful galvanizing processes are combined at one location.
For batch galvanizing, kettle dimensions of up to 6.80 m in length, 1.55 m in width, and 2.40 m in height are available, with a maximum unit weight of up to 4 tons. In small parts galvanizing, components up to 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 meters and up to 2 kilograms can be processed.
“Spin galvanizing ensures complete corrosion protection and removes excess zinc. We are talking about high precision for chains, clamps, nuts, and many other steel components,” explains Maximilian Arnold, Project Manager Series at the WIEGEL Group.
Small parts galvanizing is available starting from an order value of 50 euros. Upon request, the goods are repackaged as delivered. Additional services are available upon agreement. Orders are typically processed within five to nine working days.
WIEGEL Trusetal stands for a high degree of flexibility: large steel components in batch galvanizing and small components in small parts galvanizing – all at one location. In addition, small parts galvanizing is also available at other WIEGEL Group sites, including Velké Meziříčí in the Czech Republic and Feldkirch in Austria.
