Successful Exchange on the Topic of “Green Steel” in Redekin

Redekin – We recently had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from the Italian steel manufacturer Beltrame as well as from BEPRO Blech und Profilstahl Handelsges. mbH & Co. KG (the steel trader). The aim of this site visit was an in-depth exchange on sustainable concepts and the importance of green steel – a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant for both us and our partners, including grid and transmission network operators.

The meeting brought together representatives from manufacturers, traders, and producers to provide a comprehensive perspective on the value chain of green steel.

Representatives from Beltrame in sales and engineering, as well as participants from BEPRO, had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the further processing of steel and to experience the production of lattice towers up close. Together, we discussed how we can communicate the benefits of climate-neutral steel solutions even more transparently and tangibly to our customers.

The feedback following the meeting was extremely positive. Beltrame emphasized that they see further potential for raising awareness in this area and offered to actively support it.
