Dusty Pink Dumbbells at WIEGEL: Challenge Accepted
Höchstadt – Some visitors bring cake. Anna Alt brought dumbbells – along with a clear challenge: If WIEGEL can coat her dumbbells in dusty pink, then steel is truly in good hands.
Our plant managers Reinhold Taut, WIEGEL Hot-Dip Galvanizing Höchstadt, and Taşkin Ağcioğlu, PBH Powder Coating Höchstadt, accepted the challenge. Anna Alt visited our Höchstadt site in person to see how bare steel is transformed into a finished product that is not only functional, but also visually impressive. While her dumbbells were in the oven, she continued on a guided tour of the facility, including insights into our hot-dip galvanizing process. A visit filled with workshop atmosphere, plant insights and a color tone that is guaranteed to be remembered.
Of course, we’re showing the result in our reel: from the first look at the raw parts to the final finish – and yes, dusty pink can suit steel surprisingly well.
